1.��Up to this point in the course, the case studies you have completed have asked you to consider scenarios involving internal communication within an organization. We are now shifting or focus toward external communication, in which an organization finds ways to present itself to the public. To what extent are internal and external communication similar? Different? Please use approaches from this week�s readings as you explain your answer.

They may even be perceived differently by different audiences. What are some of the different types of writing that might help an organization develop its image?
